The Team at Henderson's did a terrific job of installing the components on my TOAD for a cross country trip. Offered tips and the ability of call if I had any problems. Terrific Job!

Second time to Henderson’s in as many years. There is a reason we drove 1500 miles out of our way to have them do the work. This time we had their new rear sway bar installed along with radius arms in the front. The wandering in the steering on our F53 18,000 lb chassis is gone. It goes where you point it now. Found myself over correcting the steering initially, thinking I was still driving the sloppy chassis. They asked me why are you putting the rear sway bar on. My answer was because last year Henderson’s recommended that I do. You can trust these folks. Totally different and much more positive of an experience than you may be used to at other shops.

This was our 4th time of work at Henderson's . As usual all the people at the Line Up were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. These traits combined with their honesty ,integrity and quality parts put Henderson's Line Up at the very top of RV and Truck repairs and upgrades . Thank you to all ... We'll be back!

Henderson Line Up gets s a 10 out of 10. I have a 2022 sprinter 2500 , 19 feet long , 10 feet in height Yes it is a wind catcher. They fixed the problem but could not add a needed anti sway bar because of not enough space to add due to a generator. They referred me to Roadmaster who could possibly make a bar to fit my Rv. I found them honest, concerned for your safety and kept informed of everything they did or wanted to do.

We can't say enough good things about our experience at Henderson's Line-Up! From the incredible staff to the awesome hospitality & of course their hard work to get us/our "home on wheels" back on the road - SAFELY - & better than ever, was just an experience we'll never forget! They turned an unpleasant situation into a pleasant experience & we couldn't be more grateful. We recently broke 2 wetbolts (suspensions bolts) on our 5th wheel and, although we were able to temporarily fix the issue, we needed to upgrade our suspension kit desperately & lucky for us, Henderson's Line-Up was within our travel route. Everyone at Henderson’s was Totally awesome. My main contact personal was Randell and Neil in the shop. I was always kept in the loop, keeping me informed of progress of the work that was performed. I was really impressed with the knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm that all the staff showed. The staff did a walk through after the work was completed so that I understood everything they installed and the preventative maintenance that was required to keep it safe over my future travels. Good communication. Easy set up for appt. Informed me to get new tires before alignment, shocks and brakes, stabilizer.

Knowledgeable, professional and respectful staff. I appreciated that they don’t talk down to us “lay people” when explaining mechanical factors. Impressed with the whole diagnostic experience and road test by Matt. And in the office, Randall, Carol and Bryce were patient and pleasant to deal with. We felt safe “camping” overnight outside the shop while Carl, the on-site security man, kept a watchful eye on our rig and surroundings. Thanks to the whole team for a positive experience all round.
